I have been a vegetarian for years. I don't think I will ever be ready to give up onion and garlic. They say it's bad for our brain because it makes us over think and become aggressive. I think it is good for me because I was diagnosed unipolar. I need more activities. I need more energy and interest. Maybe this is where spices can help. It makes life taste better.
